Prices
SKNS ApS states prices in either DKK or EUR, including VAT and other taxes/duties. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior consent. We cannot be held liable for sold out items.

Payment
SKNS ApS can receive payment by VISA debit card, MasterCard, MobilePay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment will not be drawn from your account until the goods are despatched. All amounts are in EUR (Euro and including VAT.) We cannot be held liable for errors in pricing and goods that are sold out or discontinued.

Delivery
When an order is placed on a working day, it will normally be delivered within 1-2 working days. We process orders on a continuous basis and seek to achieve fast and smooth deliveries. We use GLS for the distribution of our goods.

Shipping will be charged based on weight and size for purchases at or under 68 EUR. Shipping is free within the EU for orders over 68 EUR. As soon as we receive your order, you will receive a track and trace number you can use to track your package from our warehouse until delivered.

Right to cancel
Consumers have a 14 day period in which they can cancel an order given to us.

The right to cancel period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods. If you have ordered several different goods in a single order but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last of the goods. This period means that you have 14 days from receiving the goods to tell us that you want to cancel your order. You cannot cancel an order by refusing delivery without notifying us at the same time.

Once you have informed us of your decision to return your purchase(s), you have 14 days to return the goods to us. If returning goods, the cost of shipping is your responsibility along with any damage to the goods in transit.

Please note that opened products will not be refunded.

Returns
If you want to return one or more items, please contact skns@skns.dk within 14 days. The cost of shipping for returns is your responsibility along with any damage to the goods in transit. Enclose a copy of the order confirmation and provide the following details when a return has been authorised by us:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Order number
  • Date ordered
  • Date received
  • Reason for return

We will only accept packages sent directly to this address. 

Condition of the goods your return
You will only be charged for any loss of value in the products due to any handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, properties and method of function of the goods.  The amount you are refunded depends on the resale value of the goods, and in certain instances can mean that you will only be refunded shipping costs.

When buying goods from skns.dk, the original packaging is always an important part of their value. To ensure that you get a full refund, it is important that the original packaging is included.

Refund of purchase price
If you cancel your purchase, we will refund your money. If the goods have lost any value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except extra delivery costs when you have chosen another form of delivery than our cheapest form of standard delivery) within 14 days from the day you informed us that you wanted to cancel the purchase. The cost of shipping for returns is at your own expense. We will refund your money using the same method you used to pay us, unless otherwise agreed.

Gifts
If you have received goods from us as a gift and you want to return them to us within the right to cancel period, we will refund the purchaser. The cost of shipping for returns is your responsibility along with any damage to the goods in transit.

Damage in transit
We recommend that you inspect the package upon delivery and refuse to accept it if the goods are clearly damaged. If you receive a package in which one or more of your purchases is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Warranty rights
The Danish Sale of Goods Act applies to consumer purchases from us. That means the goods are covered by warranty for 24 months.

Our warranty covers faults in materials and/or manufacture. You are entitled to exchange the goods, a refund or discount on the price depending on the actual situation. The warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product. If your warranty claim is justified, you can either have the goods exchanged, a refund or a discount depending on the actual situation.

You must make a warranty claim within a ‘reasonable period of time’ after discovering the fault. If you make a warranty claim within two months of discovering the fault, your claim will always be made in time. If the claim is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The goods must always be returned in adequate and appropriate packaging. Please also remember to get a receipt for shipping costs so that we can refund them.

Satisfaction guarantee

We strive to meet your expectations, which we also call 'Your Skin. Our Promise.' Therefore, we offer a satisfaction guarantee on our skincare products purchased on our website. You can confidently try our products, and if you are not satisfied, you can get a refund for your purchase.

On average, the skin takes 30 to 60 days to adjust to new skincare products. It's important to be patient as all skin types are different. Therefore, we recommend that you include SKNS as a consistent part of your skincare routine for at least 30 days. After this period, you have an additional 15 days, up to 45 days from receiving the product, to contact our customer service if your SKNS products do not meet your expectations, contrary to what you anticipated. Please contact customer service at skns@skns.dk, providing your order number, photo documentation and explaining your experience with the product.

If you want to complain about a purchase, please contact our Customer Services team on skns@skns.dk.
